R/A SoS build (PvP Weekend)
I figured no one really wants to talk about builds in the weekend event area so I decided to post it here. Sorry if it's in the wrong area. Anywho, now with the weekend being so short and people not having enough time to farm that much faction to get every skill, I decided to use the template R/A build and improve on it a little bit.
I have to say that Shroud of Shadows is probably the best anti-monk hex I used. As far as newbies and CA go, it completely owns them if they fail to run Holy Veil ahead of time or have another monk with hex removal with them. This build is fairly easy to try out since I used the template build and altered the stuff around.
Attributes:
Expertise 10 + 1 (Mask) + 3 (Superior Expertise)
Dagger Master 12
Shadow Arts 8
And 5 unused points.
Skills:
Jagged Strike
Fox Fangs
Horns of the Ox
Falling Spider
Twisting Fangs
Shroud of Silence {E}
Antidote Signet (You can change this to whatever - blind owns this build though)
Ressurection Signet
Basically you'll want to go straight for the enemy healers (or casters depending on the situation) - I haven't done enough testing whether to start with SoS or do the strike chain but normally you want to drop SoS first and then go Jagged->Fox->Ox->Spider->Fang to decimate the enemy. If the monk is alone, I had much better one round kills by using SoS at the end since it prevents him from healing himself while he is bleeding and poisoned.
In CA, I can easily drop anyone non-Warriors in one round of these attacks if they're not careful. The key to this is that you MUST make sure to get the monk away from others so you can land the knockdown and follow it up with Spider. Otherwise, you're wasting hits. Also, if it's not possible to get a knockdown you can always skip Spider and go to Twisting Fangs for the DW.
Mind you, they may nerf skills so feel free to try this out and see how it works for you.

Aside from the skill being called Shroud of Silence (XP), looks good. Antidote Signet gets rid of Blind, which is the bane of any Dagger-user, and the whole retaining of the entire Fang of Melandru cannon thing means ye can lay on the hurty. Shroud of Silence is sure to be abused to hell and back - Death's Charge to the nearest enemy Monk, lay a Shroud, then begin the beatdown.
Hmm...for when Factions itself releases and people are building this thing properly, you might want to consider adjusting the skill stream. I've found that the DoM cannon tends to fail with depressing regularity as my foe runs back to help just in time for my Horns of the Ox to fizzle. If nothing else, Unsuspected Strike would make a far better opener than Jagged Strike. Or, really, just about anything would make a better opener than Jagged Strike. Especially since Twisting Fangs inflicts Bleeding anyways.

Seems like a great build! I think you might do better by not using ox's horns, like he said, because like 60% of the time there was people close when ever i tried using it. Alas. I like the idea though

Aye, I really wish I had more time to unlock more skills. If I had the chance I would try to figure out an easier skill set to use since it's rare to find anyone alone in Tombs. If I could, I would drop the ox/spider attacks and replace them with Repeating Strike or perhaps the attack that causes Exhaustion...
SoS will be hella useful though.

It's a nice build...although I would change a few things around...ur attacks mainly.
jagged strike is a waste of a lead skill if you dont have another condition with it (IMO at least...apply poison)..but thats not good for this build.
A great idea would be since you have hexed your foe, use:
Black Mantis Thrust
Jungle Strike
Twisting Fangs
you would inflict criple on them, and bleeding and deep wound, all the while doing more dmg, all thanks to your elite hex which will shut down casters...
and for your other slot i would fill it in with either shadow refuge, shadow step or some other stance that makes you go faster.
I just find this would do more dmg...like the use of shrowd of silence though. good job =D
oh...repeating strike is amazing as a R/A.
I use it in my build following temple strike...although my build doesn't cause criple like the last one, so they could run...
Antidote Signet, Apply Poison, Jagged Strike, Temple Strike (a nuisance to those damn eles =P...the ones that dont blind), Repeating Strike, Tigers Fury (to spam repeating strike really fast), troll unguent (may replace...still a work in progress), REZ SIG.
expertise- 14 (10+helm+ sup rune)
beast mastery- 5
wilderness survival- 8
dagger mastery- 12
